Unfortunately we don’t. But we deliver all over Pakistan and internationally. You just have to order at our website and it’ll be on your doorstep.
Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed through whatsapp (+923172089854) or email (enshaclothing@gmail.com). We email you once the order is processed. No changes can be made after that and the return policy will then apply.
You either provided incorrect phone number or incorrect address. Ensha Clothing may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:
Out of stock items
Pricing or technical errors
Suspicious Customers
We will always email you to inform about any cancellations.

Our standard Shipping Rate is Rs 250 nationwide. We offer free shipping on orders worth 4500 PKR or above.
– We deliver in maximum 2 to 5 working days.
– Same day delivery available for Lahore only if the order placed before 6 pm.
– If a customer has a time specific delivery request, they must inform the team Ensha in advance so we can entertain them on time. Please note that urgent courier charges will be charged.

– Your satisfaction is what we’re working for. If you are not happy with any item upon receiving because of it being faulty, or not the one you ordered, Ensha happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund, within 24 hours of original purchase.
– Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, but we encourage our customers to place order carefully so any hassle in the future can be avoided.
– Your orders dispatch everyday after 6 PM, so if a customer has made mistake in their purchase, they can contact our customer services before 6 PM.
– If the exchange is customer initiated (in-case customer selects the wrong size/colour), there’s a PKR 400 restocking/return fee, to cover the cost of shipping the return package and restocking the merchandise.
– If a customer wants exchange, they must contact team Ensha within 2 days of their original purchase.
– Please note that we reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items aren’t eligible for return.
